Our BRAND NEW Pilates Studio is NOW OPEN.

Our expertly trained instructors will guide you through each class with a hands on approach because they are there to critique technique and ensure maximum benefits. The reformer is such a versatile piece of equipment with endless possibilities.

Our free creche services are available to everyone participating in a program within STARplex, including Reformer Pilates.
