Sarah Noske- Accredited Exercise Physiologist
Sarah has experience in both gym and private practice settings focusing on exercise prescription for both healthy and chronic disease populations. She enjoys working with clients in one-on-one and group environments, with a keen interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation. She aims to understand each client and the barriers they may face while improving their quality of life. Sarah has undergone further education in musculoskeletal screening for muscle and motor control imbalances.
Millicent Christou – Accredited Exercise Physiologist
Millie is passionate about encouraging quality movement through exercise prescription to help clients understand their body and health to ultimately achieve their personal goals. Millie is an accredited Pilates Matwork and Reformer instructor and implements the Pilates method into individual rehabilitation and preventative management programs to improve strength and control. She has undergone additional training in oncology to provide specialised exercise programs for individuals with a current or previous cancer diagnosis.
Brooke Luethen – Accredited Exercise Physiologist
Brooke has worked predominately in GP clinics and gym-based settings focusing on exercise prescription and delivery for a range of chronic conditions and injuries. Brooke has a passion for helping people and is dedicated to delivering a client centred and individualised approach to treatment. She enjoys motivating clients to adopt more active lifestyles in order for them to reach their health and fitness goals. Brooke currently has a special interest in weight management, metabolic conditions and musculoskeletal conditions.
