Are the opening hours changing?
Opening hours will remain as per standard hours prior to the closure of the gym.
Group Fitness, Lap Swimming and Creche times are slightly varied and will evolve gradually over time so we encourage you to refer to the booking schedules.
Can I come to STARplex without having a booking?
Members have access to gym floor without booking, you are required to continue to book and pay for Lap Swimming & Group Fitness sessions prior to entering the centre during this period.
Gym and Swimming visitors are asked to wait until a maximum of five minutes prior to their session before entering the reception area.
How far in advance can I book?
Bookings for Group Fitness sessions will open at 9am, 3 days prior to the scheduled session. (I.e. Bookings for Monday sessions will open on Fridays at 9am)
Can I book for a group of people within a session?
No, each individual visit must be booked individually as places are limited and we are required to collate information for each and every individual attending a program.
Can I use my visit passes to attend the centre?
Your visit passes will resume from Saturday 20th June, the expiry date will be extended.

Do I have to be a member to attend?
During this period we are opening up our facility to all visitors. Casual visits are $5, Lap Swimming, Aqua, Group Fitness to be booked online & Gym payable upon entry (Card Only).
I do not feel comfortable attending, what happens to my membership?
All of our memberships continue to be suspended for the time being. Fitness Centre Members activated from 20th June, but payments suspended still and corrispondance about specific memberships will go out in the near future.
