Facilities

The feature facility of the STARplex function rooms is the large Hewitson Theatre. The Hewitson Theatre can be set for a 1200 seat conference or reconfigured for expos, smaller theatrical groups and catered cabarets.

The space has a large stage with front of house curtain, catwalk and full audio, video and lighting facilities. Below stage is a large dressing room with mirrors and male and female toilets.

The below stage area can be converted to a small break out room for conferences or hired separately for special uses such as dance classes. Complementing the large auditorium is a small conference room with access to video and projection units.

A variety of catering packages are also available to suit your function needs. Pec Deck Café is onsite and can provide finger food packages and platters. Otherwise we can recommend external caterers for sit down meals, or large corporate functions.
