Dance Programs

The STARplex Theatre is proud to bring you a variety of Dancing Programs that cater for every age group. These weekly dance classes include Dance & Drama, Hip Hop, Ballroom Dancing and the new 'Desparate Housewives Dance Club'.

We now offer 6 Dance & Drama classes for children aged 1-15years, introducing them to the world of dance and drama through interaction, creativeness and various dance styles. Hip Hop discovers one of the latest dance forms, with classes for juniors and seniors. Ballroom Dancing lessons teach couples (& individuals) the basic steps to both Ballroom & Latin styles of dancing, and the confidence to get on the dance floor and utilise these steps to all music. Finally, the 'Desparate Housewives Dance Club' will use the most popular techniques from dance and fitness to create a workout that conditions and strengthens the body, but also, importantly to have fun!

Each dance class is run for 4 'terms' every year (8 or 10 week terms). Those interested in joining a class are more than welcome to trial the 1st class for FREE, before committing for the term (term payments only).
