Bec Aldridge - Great success
Friday 14th October 2011
Congratulations Bec Aldridge on making the Junior Women’s Australian team for Inline Hockey!
Bec is the youngest member of the team, selected at the Australian Inline Hockey National Championships in Hobart over the October school holidays. This was a great National Championships for Bec, also bringing home a Gold medal in the Junior Women’s competition and the President’s Choice medal for her outstanding game play. Paul Pearce, her personal trainer, is proud of her achievements saying that this shows hard work and determination can help you reach your goals.
Paul has been pushing Bec to reach her fitness goals for the past 12 months. Using our state of the art TEKS machines, core stability, body weight and biometric exercises, Paul’s encouragement and wealth of knowledge adding to Bec’s determination have certainly paid off.
