STARplex Small Group Training is high intensity training, with elements of strength, cardio, core, boxing and bootcamp.
As part of this program you have access to UNLIMITED sessions per week!
Each Small Group Training Session is in a group of 14 people or less, with a Personal Trainer as your guide through the high-intensity workout.
The group setting and addition of a PT is highly motivating and will encourage you to lift yourself, and your goals.
