Lynda Britton – PT

Many of you will know Lynda as a Group Fitness Instructor extraordinaire or Gym Supervisor at STARplex. She has been with us since 2013 and has a Master Trainer Cert IV qualification from the Australian Institute of Fitness.

Lynda has a wealth of experience in Gymnastics, Trampolining and even Archery, but it is fitness where her passion now lies. She is an Advanced RPM Instructor and also teaches Les Mills Body Pump, Body Balance, Sprint, CX Worx and Born To Move.

Lynda is looking forward to expanding her role in the STARplex Fitness Centre as a Personal Trainer and to keep learning and having an open mind in the fitness industry. Her biggest motivation is encouraging her clients to look forward to personal training sessions or classes each week and for them to become independently healthy.

For relaxation Lynda says “Be selfish and commit a time aside for you in what you like to do, whether an activity, food, music or just simply nothing”.

Lynda loves a variety of exercises, but particularly enjoys a hard ride on the stationery bike or stretching in Body Balance. She also loves to go motorbike riding and enjoying her farm, including breeding Hereford cattle. A roast dinner with all the trimmings and avocado chocolate mousse are her favourite foods! She supports Sunderland (EPL) and the Adelaide Crows sporting teams.
