Wanted...U8-12 year olds for Wednesday Junior Competition soccer
Indoor soccer is played on a basketball court under similar rules to outdoor soccer between two teams attempting to score goals by kicking a ball into a netted goal region.
Juniors
For juniors wishing to become the next Harry Kewell there is the junior 5 a side soccer competition commencing at 4.30pm Wednesdays. Each season runs over 2 school terms.
This competition caters for male and female players with age divisions consisting of Under 8's (6 - 7 year olds) Under 10's (8 - 9 year olds) Under 12's (10 - 11 year olds) Under 14's (12 - 13 year olds), and Under 16's (14 - 15 year olds).
The Under 8's and 10's is a modified competition with no premiership points recorded and every registered player receives a participation award at the end of the season. The top 4 teams in the older age divisions compete in the finals.
Wanted...Junior Indoor Soccer Coach for Junior Development Program
The 10 week Junior Development Program has a qualified instructor and is held every Thursday during the school term from 4.00pm - 5.00pm. Skills and drills are taught with the emphasis on having fun while learning how to play the game.
