How long can my child be in care?
Preschool children (3 months - 5 years) are welcome to access the Crèche for a maximum of 2 hours per session.

Is there care provided for School age children after school?
School age children are also welcome to utilise the service during the afternoon sessions for a maximum of 1 hour per session and on Saturday mornings for a maximum of 2 hours per session.

Do I need to book my children into the Crèche?
An enrolment form must be completed for each child prior to attending and bookings are essential and can be made in person through our booking diary or by ringing STARplex reception on Ph: 08 8522 0622 or the Crèche Direct on Ph: 08 8523 8784.

What does it cost to use the Crèche?
The Crèche is a free service, however any donations are greatly appreciated. Click here for more information.

What qualifications do the Crèche staff have and what is your staff child ratio?
We have qualified staff who have completed a Diploma in Children Services as well as experienced staff undergoing training. As we are committed to providing a safe environment which is fun for all the children, our staffing is based on factors such as the number of babies in care at one time and the individual needs of the children.

Does the Crèche ever become full?
During peak times the Crèche can become full but a waiting list will be provided and every attempt is made to contact parents if a place becomes available.

What do I need to bring to the Crèche?
Please see our information package which outlines everything you need to bring with your child. Please ensure that all items are labelled and that you read our FOOD POLICY, which can be found in the information package, for approved snacks e.g. NO NUTS, EGG OR DAIRY to be brought into the Creche.
