We are pleased to welcome Amy Teasdale to the Wellness & Rehabilitation Clinic every Tuesday. Amy is an accredited practising dietitian.
Amy has been teaching cooking classes since 2014 at Jamie’s Ministry of Food. Additionally she started her own private practise (Fit Life Nutrition) in 2015 and has been working from GP clinics and gastroenterology centres across Adelaide.
Amy has experience with many conditions including type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, pregnancy, weight management, anaemia, osteoporosis and eating disorders. Her particular interest lies with conditions affecting the gut, including coeliac disease, irritable bowel syndrome, food chemical intolerances, diverticulitis and inflammatory bowel disease.
Teaching cooking classes with Jamie Oliver (see picture below) has been her career highlight to date!
Amy loves to try new recipes in the kitchen…and also to eat them too!
