Adelaide 36ers and Link Lightning Basketball clubs to play first ever pre-season and official games in Northern Adelaide area, plus host children’s training camps, from September 2010 to January 2011.

Attracting both the Adelaide 36ers and Link Lightning Basketball clubs to Gawler is very exciting for STARplex and the whole Northern Adelaide community. Hosting these high profile basketball clubs for both pre-season (36ers) and official games (Lightning), plus children’s training camps, is an exciting opportunity for regional families, budding athletes and local businesses.
GAMES
Young families and passionate sports fans will come to see two of South Australia's premier sporting teams in action for three huge games in September, November & January.

Sunday 19th September 1.00pm Last official pre‐season game before season starts

Adelaide Link Lighting Vs Bendigo Sunday 7th November 1.00pm Official regular season game

Adelaide Link Lighting Vs Sydney Uni Saturday 29th January 7.30pm Official regular season game

CAMPS

The camps will provide basketball athletes from across the state the fantastic opportunity to develop their skills and follow their dreams to becoming better players.

Adelaide 36ers Tuesday 5th – Thursday 7th October 3‐day camp conducted by the entire 36ers squad (players & coaches)

Adelaide Link Lighting Junior Girls ages 6-14 years January 2011, 1 or 2‐day camp conducted by the Lightning squad (players & coaches)
